Your new role

The HR Data Analyst will support the delivery and development of our clients' HR Analytics strategy to provide insight which actively supports our Business & HR priorities. Operating as a subject-matter expert, the analyst will support their HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business to deliver HR Analytic initiatives which help inform and enable data-driven decision-making.The role will focus on three key areas:1) HR Reporting: Working in partnership with the Systems team to ensure the data integrity is high and Power BI dashboards and Business Objects reports accurately reflect the business2) HR Analytics: Developing and providing insight which supports the business and focusses on becoming more digitally enabled.3) Value-added automation: Working with the wider function to identify, develop and deliver automation to drive improved employee experience, efficiency, and accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Power BI
  • Previous experience working with HR Analytics tools (Business Objects preferable)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem abilities
  • Experience of analysing large amounts of complex data
  • Ability to prioritise work, to meet critical deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
  • High attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experience of working within a team or project environment
  • Experience with Power Automate and SQL is beneficial
