What We're Offering:

Position: Night Concierge
Location: Watford
Start Date: January
Salary: £30,000 per year
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off

Your Role:

As a Night Concierge, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our premises during the night. Your duties will include:

Welcoming and Assisting: Act as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, providing friendly and professional assistance.
Security Monitoring: Ensure the safety and security of the building by conducting regular patrols and monitoring CCTV systems.
Handling Emergencies: Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all.
Maintaining Standards: Ensure communal areas are presentable and report any maintenance or safety issues.
Administrative Tasks: Manage deliveries, record incidents, and maintain clear communication with the day team.

Are you who we are looking for?:

Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferably within a similar role
Experience providing excellent levels of customer service
Awareness of general fire, health & safety and security
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, residents and guests.
High attention to detail
