Responsibilities as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef

  • Creating a variety of picture-perfect pastries and desserts to be served throughout the hotel
  • Communicating with the team to ensure consistently high-quality pastries
  • Perfecting your knowledge of the classic culinary techniques
  • Mentoring and coaching Commis and Demi chefs to help them hone their skills and improve their techniques
  • Embracing the hotel's excellent training opportunities
