Gilmartins is a family owned and run business; our staff are valued and our ethos is to promote from within. Our Board of Directors mostly started on the tools themselves so have a hands-on understanding of the work we do.

We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

Gilmartins are looking to recruit an experiencedPlasterer ideally with additional skills including painting, mould wash, re-pointing and basic carpentry.The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.

The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.

The job requires work and travel across Watford, Milton Keynes and Luton.

Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

Experienced Plasterer Multi Trade Operative:

The role is to -

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
• Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:

Full UK driving license not EU licence

Own tools

Fully qualified and able to provide certificates

Experience of working in social housing

DBS certificate
