Some of your duties will include:

- Managing a high volume of calls from both trade and domestic customers

- Ensuring that an excellent level of service is provided to customers at all times

- Taking calls from customers for the hire of equipment and setting up on computer system

- Obtaining information from customers in relation to the delivery of goods

- Providing quotations for customers when needed and following up to obtain orders

- Managing billing process and managing payments received from customers
