My client is an independent school looking to recruit a School Registrar on an initial long term interim basis. The Registrar will play a crucial role in managing the schools admissions process, maintaining student records, and ensuring smooth communication between potential families, their children and the school.In detail the role will involve:
  • Support the school’s growth and development by management the registration process and to ensure that the register of pupils is up to date and compliant.
  • Supporting the Headteacher by helping to maximise productivity and increase efficiency.
  • Manage the admissions process, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, supporting families from the point of registration through to joining the school.
  • Manage the admissions and pupil registers, ensuring they are always up to date and fully compliant.
  • Prepare admissions and pupil number reports.
  • Manage all pupil records (past and present), inputting information into the management information system promptly and accurately, maintaining up to date records that are compliant with the relevant legislation and ISI requirements.
Previous experience in a similar school admissions or marketing role is required.
