Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to drive profitability and efficiency improvements.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Prepare and deliver detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track financial and operational metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with senior leadership, operations, and supply chain teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Support investment and cost-control initiatives with comprehensive financial analysis.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred) - OR - Qualified by experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau, or Power BI) is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of cost management and logistics-related financial metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing decision-making.
