Senior Performance Coordinator

Location: Harrow

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Facilities Management company for an exciting opportunity as a Senior Performance Coordinator. This role is integral to improving performance reporting and influencing operational success across the organisation.

Working closely with the Performance and Operational teams, you'll lead an Assistant to develop data-driven reporting strategies, enhancing key metrics for core and billable services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse performance across various workstreams, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and assess progress to ensure contractual obligations and targets are consistently achieved.
  • Create and maintain reporting frameworks and associated processes.
  • Identify and track trends in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to produce professional, concise reports.
  • Strong understanding of Facilities Management or similar Maintenance contracts.
  • Proven experience supervising or leading team members.
  • Familiarity with Maximo (CAFM) systems and robust data analysis skills is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Power Query.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Must be able to pass sceurity clearance
