Position Overview

As our Brand Visual Designer, you will be instrumental in conceptualising and executing captivating graphics that reflect our brand's identity. Your creativity will shine as you work closely with marketing and product teams, ensuring that every design communicates our brand story effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Craft high-quality graphics for digital, print, and social media, including advertisements, email campaigns, packaging, and more.

Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels, adhering to brand guidelines.

Collaborative Design: Partner with the executive director, marketers, and product teams to develop designs that engage our target audience.

Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Creative Input: Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches, enhancing our brand's presence.

Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback to ensure the final product exceeds expectations.

Stay Current with Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends and tools to ensure your work remains innovative and relevant.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a brand-focused or marketing setting.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

A strong portfolio showcasing your range of design work, especially in branding, digital media, and print.

Exceptional attention to detail, creating visually compelling designs aligned with our brand.

Strong communication skills and a knack for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.

Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles for web and mobile.

Knowledge of printing processes and preparing files for production.
