Health & Safety Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
- Must have proven Health & Safety experience, ideally within a construction based environment
- Responsible for carrying out daily Health & Safety inspection on the project
- Reporting to the Project Manager and Managing Director
- Reviewing sub-contractor RAMS
- Effective communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels
- Carrying out toolbox talks and delivering briefings
- Responsible for assisting site teams and supporting with site related health and safety issues
- Assisting in introducing new health, safety and environmental initiatives
- Carrying out accident reports and near miss analysis
- Experience with relevant regulations such as LOLER, PUWER, ISO45001, Health & Safety at Work act 1974
- You will be positive, reliable and flexible in your approach
