CARE ASSISTANT

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

• Seeking someone with NVQ level 2 or 3 in health and social care or BA in health and social care from UK or overseas university and previous care experience.

STARTING SALARY: 13.00 PER HOUR - 23.00 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, also excellent further trainnig and career progression opportuities will be provided.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence by encouraging participation in activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
