We are working with a large and well-respected secondary school in Watford to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled Design Technology Teacher specialising in Resistant Materials. About the Role

As the DT Teacher, you will:

  • Teach Resistant Materials to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Deliver engaging and practical lessons that inspire creativity and innovation.
  • Encourage students to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Design and Technology department to share ideas and resources.
The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Has experience teaching Resistant Materials or a related DT specialism at the secondary level.
