DT Technician

A forward-thinking secondary school in Watford is seeking a skilled DT Technician to join their Design and Technology department. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to support hands-on learning in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up materials and equipment for Design and Technology lessons.
• Support teachers and students during practical sessions.
• Maintain tools, machinery, and workspaces to ensure safety standards.
• Assist with stock management and ordering resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a DT Technician or in a technical support role.
• Knowledge of DT tools, machinery, and health and safety regulations.
• Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Salary:
100-110 per day.
