About the Role:
- Position: Teaching Assistant (Watford-focused)
- Location: Watford
- Contract: Full-time, term-time only
- Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students in Science lessons, helping them to develop confidence and proficiency.
- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning activities.
- Assist students with additional needs, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Provide one-to-one or small-group support as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Science (or a related field).
- A genuine passion for education and working with young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt and support students with diverse needs and abilities.
- Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
