We are actively recruiting enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as Graduate Teaching Assistants across a range of Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools in the Watford area. Our Hertfordshire branch has recently secured a number of exciting vacancies, and we are looking to fill these roles with passionate individuals ready to take their first step into education.

Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Contract Type: Term-time only (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30)

Start Date: Immediate and rolling starts available

What you will be Doing: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupils in their academic and personal development. You will play a key role in helping students achieve their full potential - particularly those with additional needs or who may be facing barriers to learning.

Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, including those with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)

Assisting in classroom activities and lesson preparation

Helping to manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

Using a range of holistic and creative approaches to engage pupils

Supporting students with a range of learning needs, including emotional, social, and mental health challenges
