About the Role:We are seeking a psychology graduate to provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Support students with SEN in both classroom and one-on-one settings.

Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.

Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCO to adapt lesson plans.

Provide emotional and academic support to help students thrive.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

A degree in Psychology or a related field is desirable.

Experience working with children with SEN (voluntary or professional).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to learning support.
