About the Role:

We are seeking a psychology graduate to provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN in both classroom and one-on-one settings.

  • Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCO to adapt lesson plans.

  • Provide emotional and academic support to help students thrive.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field is desirable.

  • Experience working with children with SEN (voluntary or professional).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to learning support.
