School in Watford - Learning Support Assistant
I'm currently working with a fantastic primary school in Watford who are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This role is all about providing support to children, including those with SEN such as ASD and ADHD, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience.
While experience working with SEN children is desirable, they're particularly looking for someone with the right attitude. Whether you have a background in SEN education, care work, or sports training, your empathy, patience, and positive personality are what will make you a great fit for the team.
- Location: Watford
- Pay: 100 - 110 per day (depending on experience)
- Contract Length: One year
- Ideal Candidate: Compassionate, patient, and understanding. Experience with ASD and ADHD is a plus, but not essential.
