Are you an HR Advisor (seasoned) who likes to work in a standalone role and is happy with 5 days on site?Our client is a private organisation, well known in its field and has a permanent role for an HR Advisor to join them. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing professional advice and guidance, managing employee relations cases, coaching and mentoring and dealing with day to day queries. You will be involved in the following:-
- HR Generalist
- Employee Relations
- Strategy
- Stakeholder Management
- Policies and Processes
- Recruitment
- Ad-hoc Projects
You will need the following experience:-
- Ideally CIPD Qualified or studying for qualification
- Proven experience as HR Advisor/Business Partner
- Knowledge of HR functions and systems (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
- Understanding of employment laws and disciplinary / grievance procedures.
