Are you an experienced HR Administrator / Assistant looking for that next step or an HR graduate with one years placement experience looking for their first permanent opportunity in HR? Are you looking to grow your knowledge and study CIPD as part of your career journey?

Our client believes in investing in the best talent and is looking to provide a CIPD study package alongside a permanent opportunity. The role provides a customer focused first line response to the business through the HR helpdesk and is responsible for the delivery of all HR processes relating to the employee lifecycle.

Key background:

• Previous experience within an HR environment with a particular focus on query resolution, process administration, HR systems, HR Policies, and basic employee relations.

• Experience of working in an environment where tasks can change, often at short notice.

• High attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

• Demonstrable planning and prioritising skills.

• A strong communicator both verbally and in writing.

• Aptitude to learn new systems.

• Motivation to progress your career within HR.

• Experience of all MS Office packages in particular Word, Outlook, and Excel.
