HR Officer

My client is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join their successful team near Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on all aspects of HR, providing high-quality support to staff and ensuring the smooth operation of HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes for all staff.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements.
