Are you an Embedded Software Engineer who enjoys working on NPI with the freedom to work independently? Our client are a state of the art Defence manufacturer looking for someone to work on a new line of products. You will also be part of this award winning businesses succession plans for the future and be given tailored progression. 

As Embedded Software Engineer you will receive: 

  • £60,000 - £70,000 
  • An Annual Bonus 
  • 8% matched pension

As Embedded Software Engineer: 

  • You will create and design embedded software in C as well as maintain embedded software components 
  • Ensure software is reviewed and developed to the correct industry standards
  • Write and run test scripts in Python
  • Work in a cross-disciplinary team to ensure software and hardware integrate seamlessly 

The successful Embedded Software Engineer will likely have:

  • A degree (or equivalent)  in Computer Science or similar
  • Experience developing and maintaining  code in C or C++
  • Experience with Scripting languages 
  • Experience developing code for low power applications 
  • Ideally experience with USB connectivity, DSPs and ARM based processors
