Tehcnical Helpdesk Agent 

Sheridan Ward Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a forward thinking company who are looking for an enthusiastic driven candidate to come in and hit the ground running who thrives on giving the 5 star customer experience to their clients.

The main focus of this role is to provide a faultless service to any customers you come in contact with on an everyday basis... including engineers! You will be providing support by email, internet and telephone, so you will need to have outstanding communication skills. Do you have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues? 

Are you able to work independently but also be an excellent team player? Do you have previous support environment experience? If so this role could be perfect for you!!   

TUESDAY TO SATURDAY 1.30-11PM, must be able to commit to these hours (remote working after training!) 

As a Technical Advisor you will need to have:

l  Handing inbound and outbound calls

l  Liaising with technical support for outsourced companies when needed

l  Completing product investigations

l  Following up on tickets opened
