Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the growth and development of the categories through in-depth market analysis, consumer insights.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and threats.
  • Manage product assortments, space planning, pricing, and promotion strategies to optimize category performance.
  • Conduct detailed market research to understand consumer behaviours, preferences, and trends.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse and track category performance against KPIs and deliver regular reports on market share, sales growth, and profitability.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotions.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within marketing/data Insight, worked within FMCG or retail/B2C. Experience using one of the following systems Carvana, VYPR, Kantar, PowerPoint. High proficiency in Excel
