THE ROLE
Application Support Analyst- contract role 11 month contract
Working 1 day from home, and 4 days from an office in Watford - free parking / excellent benefits including bonus
37.5hrs per week (7.5hrs per day)
IT applications support analyst - to support operational and a process support function, as well as maintaining primary and peripheral systems.
Working from lovely, friendly and corporate offices
Key responsibilities:
- - managing daily incidents and problems for applications and technical queries
- - monitoring, maintaining and administering application systems, servers and interfaces
- - providing functional support to users on all supported applications and systems
- - taking ownership of issues and escalating, when required, to third-party vendors
- - on-boarding of new vendors
- - documenting new and existing applications and maintaining IT procedures and technical documentation, including service catalogue and change control process
- - carrying out upgrades and system changes, as required, to agreed standards and procedures
- - assisting, when required, in project activities and technical designs
Systems skills:
- - knowledge of HR and finance processes
- - basic skills in IIS and SQL
- - understanding of networks, servers and Microsoft Active Directory
Be able to commute to Watford and available for a 11 month contract
