Are you an experienced Information Controller looking for an exciting opportunity in the construction sector? Lynx Employment Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the accurate, secure, and efficient management of all documentation for our construction projects.

As an Information Controller, you’ll play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and company policies while supporting project teams with data accuracy, accessibility, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Manage and maintain project-related information, including documents, models, and drawings.?? Implement a structured CDE system for secure storage, retrieval, and archiving.?? Ensure compliance with the CDE strategy, industry standards, and company policies.?? Support the Design Management function in developing and maintaining the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP).?? Administer data validation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.?? Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.?? Provide training to project teams on CDE usage and information management best practices.?? Implement controls to prevent unauthorised access to sensitive information.

What We’re Looking For:

? Strong experience in Information Control / Information Management roles.? Knowledge of ISO 19650 and experience managing MIDPs.? Experience with Asite as the CDE (preferred).? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.? Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.? Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and data management expertise.
