What You’ll Bring To The Table
- Validating Claims - Reviewing and verifying customer claims.
- Handling Customer Queries - Responding to daily inquiries from customers through phone, email, and letters.
- Adapting Communication - Adjusting your tone and approach based on the type of customer interaction.
- Following Regulations - Ensuring all claims are processed according to set guidelines and regulations.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
- Must have experience in a call centre environment.
- Good email and phone commication skills.
- Must have been in a customer centric role.
