Residential Underwriter Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and analyse residential loan applications to determine creditworthiness.
- Assess risk factors and make informed decisions regarding loan approvals and conditions.
- Collaborate with loan officers, processors, and clients to ensure a smooth underwriting process.
- Stay current with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
Residential Underwriter Qualifications:
