Our client is looking for a Digital Solutions Engineer to join their innovative team and drive digital transformation. This role focuses on developing, maintaining and supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
You'll play a key role in managing incidents, enhancing workflows and integrating automation to streamline business processes. Working with a global team, you'll ensure adherence to best practices and governance while providing expert technical support and training.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online
- Experience in workflow automation and solution development
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- ITIL awareness and service management experience (desirable)
