Our client are a specialist Mortgage Broker based in Watford with over 20 years of experience in complex lending requirements.

The growth and expansion of the business has lead to new roles within the company.

We are looking for an experienced Administer ideally from the financial space however this is not essential.

The role will involve working directly with the mortgage brokers to help and assist with all administration of loan applications starting with the initial enquiries all the way through to the loan completions. There may also be other responsibilities for other administration tasks from other sides of the business for example, compliance, sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing and answering all inbound calls
  • Updating the CRM system frequently with the correct details and making sure the cases are up to date
  • Processing all enquiries through the CRM system for the mortgage advisors
  • Request references from lenders, solicitors, accountants etc that are relevant to each application
  • Arranging updates to send across to brokers and clients throughout the process
  • Chasing relevant parties for updates
  • Managing the valuation process for certain lenders
  • Following up on cases that are due to expire
  • Document checking to ensure they are the same as what has been requested

Skills:

  • Ability to manage your diary
  • Meeting strict deadlines
  • Good communication via the telephone
  • Organised
  • Approachable

Requirements:

  • Some administration experience ideally in the financial space
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attend the office in Watford 5 days a week
