This ambitious and growing firm is looking for a Family Supervisor Solicitor.

The role:
- As the successful Family Supervisor Solicitor, you will deliver quality legal expertise and exceptional client care maintaining the existing client-focused ethos
- You will report the HOD, lead & manage a small team and be involved with additional growth
- Oversee robust compliance with bodies like the SRA and LAA
You  will:
- Have 5 or more years of PQE within Family law – Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and Family or Child Panel Solicitors are welcome to apply
- Be committed to the onward provision of publicly funded work – particularly domestic violence files
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and be able to motivate a busy team – previous management experience is highly desirable
- It is essential that you meet the Family Supervisor requirements with the LAA
