Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join this well-established leading Hertfordshire firm. This role is easily commutable from Watford, St Albans Hemel Hempstead and Amersham. This a permanent job role and is available on a hybrid basis after a successful probation. The benefits are vast to include, 25 days leave + 1-2 days at Christmas and New Year + bank holidays and free parking.

Role Responsibilities

Working within a highly successful team you will be taking responsibility for a mixed litigation caseload to include but not limited to general civil litigation, contentious probate, insolvency and employment.

Person Specification

To be successful in your application for this Litigation Solicitor role you will ideally be between NQ to 4 years qualified although applications outside this remit of qualification will also be considered. It is imperative that you have managed your own general litigation caseload to include (ideally) a large number of the different disciplines, but not all is necessary.

In addition, you will possess the following experience, skills and attributes:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
