Family Paralegal Children Matters – North London

Due to expansion, a new opportunity has arisen in this friendly, modern law firm’s family department in North London. The firm is seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join its team, dealing with Children matters.

The Role:

  • As a Family Paralegal, you will benefit from an existing, varied caseload
  • Typical matters will include the preparation of C100 and C1A forms, witness statements and other legal documents

Other duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Attending client meetings
  • Supporting qualified staff
  • Managing your own files
  • Drafting and preparing documents
  • Liaising with the LAA and using the CCMS

You:

  • An experienced Family Paralegal with a strong academic background (2:1 LLB and LPC commendation or better)
  • Previous experience with Children matters and commitment to publicly funded Family Law is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills, with strong client care ethos
