Hours: 8am-4:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Solar & Electrical Installation Co-ordinator who is passionate about helping customers, who is able to offer great advice, sell our products and get involved in growing our business.

What You'll Do

? You will arrange technical surveys for solar panel installations and co-ordinate a variety of field survey activities (including technical surveys)

? You will arrange various installation teams to complete each job in an organised manner (scaffolder, roofers, electricians etc)

? You will keep track of the parts used on each job and deal with any returns or stock placement

? You will collect and organise commissioning paperwork on completion of the installation and keep our Customers updated.

? You will lodge paperwork upon completion of the installation

? You will provide excellent Customer Service to those within the installation process & excellent after service to our Customers.

Looking for someone:

? Who can help our Customers make an informed decision when enquiring about solar panels and discuss a range of options for them.

? Who can confidently coordinate and arrange installations of Solar PV

? Who is experienced in working with tradespeople & organising home repairs, services, maintenance and installations.

? Who is comfortable working in a small business environment and is able to help the business grow.
