Design & Installation Coordinator

PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE

As a Design & Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the istallation of renewable energy systems (solar panels,battery storage etc) in peoples home.

You will work with clients, engineers, and others involved to ensure that projects are designed to meet project requirements using specialised technology (training provided) and will play a key role in support customer in a transition to a cleaner, more sustainable energy system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- You will be the first point of contact for our Solar PV Customers and provide the best possible advice to suit their needs.

- You will perform a desktop survey of domestic properties for Customers who have inquired about Solar PV.

- You will arrange technical surveys for solar panel installations and coordinate a variety of field survey activities (including technical surveys, EPCs).

- You will coordinate the installations of the solar panels as the point of contact for Customer queries, parts, and booking with the operations team.

- You will complete Solar PV designs using online software and present the system and benefits to the Solar Customer.

- You administer sales with the Customer, issue and track contracts and order forms.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

- Possess industry knowledge or the ability to research & learn about Solar PV design & the technologies.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Experience in a technical support or design role.

- Experience in a Customer Service role is essential.

- Ability to provide, analyse, and interpret reports and data.

- Ability to influence, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.

- Desire to learn, work in a team, ask questions if you’re not sure and come to work to be the best you can be.
