We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator to join a fast-growing company in Watford that supplies services to the construction and facilities industry. You will be supporting the business's operational function and managing the new warehouse in Watford.
This is an exciting growth phase for the company and the experience of establishing a new warehouse function would be very beneficial, ensuring longevity and career growth.
This role would suit someone from a construction, facilities or warehouse background, with a good mix of hands-on and coordination experience and a desire to be involved with the more operational side of the business. This is a role that the right person can make their own.
As the Warehouse Coordinator you will be:
• Overseeing the day-to-day Warehouse operations• Manage receipt, storage and dispatch of equipment• Be proactive in implementing process and system improvements • Ensuring all stock is fit for use and well-maintained• Liaising with sub-contractors to organise schedules and delivery• Assist the operation manager in the delivery of projects
As the Warehouse Coordinator you will have:
• Experience in a similar role • Good computer skills including inventory software management systems• Strong organisational skills• A background in construction or facilities is desirable• Health and Safety Awareness• Full clean driving licence (comfortable driving company vehicles in urban areas)
