Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic family run business based in the Watford area. This long standing client of ours have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join their expanding team. This position would suit someone who has great administration experience, someone who enjoys a varied role, as well as strong Excel skills. This position would suit a candidate who lives within the Watford area as it will be fully office based initially, working as part of a small but friendly team. Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 Some of the duties will include:

  • Taking responsibility of the administration and management of the logistical aspects of the business
  • Tracking orders from suppliers internationally to the fulfilment provider in the UK
  • Ensuring product volumes are checked and confirmed upon receipt
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained
  • Regularly reviewing inventory
  • Monitor and manage returns
  • Perform stock reconciliations following reports for third party
  • Running sales reports on a monthly basis
  • Working well as part of a small team

The suitable candidate:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong Excel skills are a must
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Experience of running reports
  • Reliable and committed
  • Happy to be office based
  • Must live locally to Watford
