The Role:
As Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the companys facilities. Youll be responsible for managing day-to-day facilities operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Manage budgets and oversee vendor contracts, including negotiations and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Develop and implement strategies for long-term facilities improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to address facility-related issues promptly.
