Your Mission:

As the Marcomms Associate you will be responsible for executing Epson Europe's marketing communications activities, managing marcomms projects from concept to production ensuring accurate and timely on brand materials.

Given the importance of adaptability of modern living, this position offers three days of remote work per week.

What Will You Do:

  • Execute and deliver marketing materials in line with Epson's European business and marketing strategy, setting KPIs and demonstrating ROI
  • Collaborate with PR, Events, Web, and Product Management teams (incl. SEC, if appropriate) to create the brief and secure buy-in to concepts and deliverables
  • Work with the selected agencies, managing material creation, from concept to production
  • Ensure all materials are produced in line with the European creative identity guidelines and comply with legal and environmental requirements
  • Project manage creation of all assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy, within agreed deadlines and budget, and with all required approvals in place
  • Accurately report on the progress of all projects including preparing and carrying out presentations for key stakeholders
  • Accurately forecast financial information relating to projects and report this to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Services teams across Europe ensuring they are aware of deliverables, timings and that they are suitable for their markets
  • Actively track how assets are being used and provide guidance and approvals for locally produced assets
  • Be a true brand guardian and ambassador

What We Ask For:

  • Proven experience in the production of marcomms materials including videos, social media content, literature, and POS
  • Experienced in working with a localisation agency as part of the creation of multi-lingual campaign materials
  • Experience working in a Pan-European environment
  • A good level of English, both spoken and written. Ability to write web and SM content
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to manage a variety of projects independently from start to finish
  • Organised and meets required deadlines
  • Problem solving and influencing skills
  • Commercially and financially aware
  • Intermediate level of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
