The Role:
As our Social Media/Content Executive, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our online presence and creating buzz around our new app. You’ll be responsible for managing our social media platforms, producing engaging blog and video content, and collaborating closely with our marketing team. Every day will bring something new—from responding to social media interactions to planning targeted campaigns and presenting performance reports.

What You’ll Do:
- Content Planning & Creation: Develop and publish social media posts, stories, and videos. Plan and schedule newsletters for internal and external audiences.
- App Launch: Support the app release by promoting it across our social channels, creating engaging content, and driving user engagement.
- Social Media Management: Monitor daily interactions, respond to enquiries, and track performance through HubSpot.
- Blog & Video Content Creation: Write SEO-optimised blog posts and create video content that resonates with our audience.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate monthly performance reports and offer insights to improve our strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong writing skills (portfolio of blog posts is a plus).
- Experience with video creation and editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and HubSpot (or similar CRM).
- A creative, detail-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
