Mechanical Project Manager

Our client is currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager who were established in 1973. They are a reputable and well-established company specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical and HVAC systems. With over five decades of experience, they have become a trusted partner within the leisure sector, working on high-profile projects valued in excess of £1 million.

As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the successful execution of large-scale Mechanical & HVAC projects within the leisure sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget. You be able to put tender packages together for going out to the market, evaluate subcontractor returns and placing orders with them.

Manage Labour allocation, and Subcontractor coordination, progress, and quality to industry standards.

You will work closely with in-house procurement manager, coordination and booking in of deliveries to site.

As an HVAC Contracts Manager, you will be overseeing and managing the successful execution of large-scale HVAC projects within the leisure sector in excess of £1m. The role will involve being office and site based.

• Good knowledge of Ductwork, Air Conditioning, Air Handling units, Plumbing and major mechanical systems
• Held roles previously in Contracts, Commercial or Project Manager.
• Live with commutable distance of Hemel
