My client one of the UKs largest Facilities Management companies are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Watford area.
Duties:
Leading a team of engineers including mechanical and electrical
Carrying out PPMs, reactive and preventative maintenance
Ensuring Statutory compliance on essential and critical services.
Plant checks
Automated lighting services
Hi-lighting of Health and Safety concerns
Responsible for managing the companies quality procedures on site.
Subcontractors
Management of all site log books
Health and safety - tool box talks
Managed agreed KPIS AND SLAS alongside contract manager.
ordering materials. Booking holidays.
Weekly client meetings
Safe systems OF work procedure ATWS PTWS.
Raise work quotations for the client
Ensure all paperwork up to date for audits
This is a temp role until minimum of December. Previous FM & Maintenance Supervisory experience is essential.
