Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Talent Management: Working with management to deliver talent management processes including maintaining job descriptions, identifying skills gaps, career pathways and succession planning.2. Performance Management: Coaching managers with setting KPIs / KRAs and driving the performance appraisal process to ensure delivery of effective performance and career discussions.3. Reward and Recognition: Managing and creating value-adding reward and recognition programmes as well as working closely with the CFO to manage and coordinate the annual group increment and incentive guidelines.4. Employee Engagement: Drive the annual Great Place To Work employee survey, analyse and communicate the survey results, create and implement appropriate action plans in collaboration with the leadership team based on the results to improve engagement levels. Devise and analyse relevant people data in order to make informed people decisions / devise strategies including exit interview data; wellbeing data etc.5. Learning and Development: Embedding a culture of continuous personal development through devising and delivering appropriate training opportunities in-house as well as sourcing external training providers to create high-performing teams.6. Recruitment and Onboarding: Partner with managers to support all areas of recruitment including reviewing staffing levels, supporting interviews when needed, assessing hiring managers interview capability and providing training where necessary to ensure best practice. Reviewing the onboarding process to ensure effective integration.7. Employee Relations: Support and guide managers and team on HR issues in line with local rules and regulations and update any HR policies and procedures.8. Employee Wellbeing: Review and deliver the employee wellbeing strategy across the Group.9. Internal Communications: Overseeing and delivering people updates during virtual/live Company-wide Townhall events, empowering senior leaders to regularly communicate with their teams as well as producing communication updates / campaigns across the business.10. Strategy: Develop, influence and implement the HR Roadmap to achieve positive results.Experience/Skills Post Graduate in Human Resources or MBA with specialisation in HR or CIPD Full / Part Qualified Experience in a fast-moving consumer or retail environment, Fashion/Lifestyle, or other relevant service customer-centricity-driven organisations. Experience in global multi-location organisations with strong 'Developmental HR' accomplishments would be an added advantage.Benefits: 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, birthday leave, eye-care vouchers, pension scheme, healthcare (after 6 months)To apply, please send your CV with a covering letter highlighting your suitability for the role to or apply online.
