Here at Every Step Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, we are happy to be supporting a growing organisation in Watford who are looking to recruit an Internal Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Executive on a full-time, permanent basis, with the option of working from home 1 x day per week.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Identifying potential Candidates that meet the specific selection criteria who have either applied for a role directly (via Indeed, Company website or Referral) or who you have sourced externally
- Managing talent pipelines and candidate attraction methods
- Utilising internal tools/reports to understand recruitment needs
- Selling in the benefits of working for the Company in an informative and consultative manner
- Making daily outbound calls to promote the company and the opportunity to work with them
- Responsible for the onboarding process; ensuring all Application Forms are completed accurately and the necessary supporting documents are provided promptly for compliance purposes
- Assisting with optimising and improving the recruitment and onboarding processes
You will have the following skills & attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Executive
- Your expertise will include sourcing, engaging, and onboarding techniques
- Confident making high volume outbound calls on a daily basis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport and speak with potential Candidates in an informative and consultative manner
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft skills (Excel & Word)
