We are an established, dynamic and vibrant Graphic Production Company based in Watford. We specialise in providing innovative, tailored solutions for well known companies within Film & TV, Retail and Exhibitions.

We are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities

This role will provide strong administrative support, in particular to our Installs team, who are creating and constructing our designs.

  • Responding promptly to queries and enquiries via email and telephone
  • Building effective working relationships with our Customers, Suppliers and Stakeholders
  • Completing documents and arranging details to ensure a successful installation
  • Updating and managing reports
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as required

Candidate requirements

This role will be suited to an individual who can learn quickly, is dynamic and enjoys performing an integral role within an efficient and fun team environment

In addition, the following skills are essential:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new technologies and in-house systems quickly
  • Able to support multiple teams, work on a variety of tasks and manage changing priorities
  • A logical and practical approach to problem solving
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
