Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a client based in the Watford area who are looking for an Administrator to join their growing team. This opportunity would suit someone who has strong administration experience, a candidate that is comfortable with using Excel, as well as someone who enjoys working within a smaller team environment. This position will be office based in Watford, but will require occasional travel to Stevenage so the successful candidate will need to be a driver. Salary - £27,000 Hours - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pmSome of the duties will include:

  • Providing all round administrative support to other team members
  • Meeting visitors at the Watford site, ensuring they follow H&S requirements whilst on site
  • Screening telephone calls and handling enquiries
  • Organise and maintain staff diaries
  • Helping to coordinate and prepare for meetings
  • Dealing with correspondence on behalf of the Directors
  • Ensuring good communication across the organisation
  • Ensuring data is accurate and up to date
  • Providing support across the business as required
  • Keeping the office environment tidy

The suitable candidate:

  • Strong administration skills with previous experience in a similar position
  • Great communication skills across all levels
  • Highly organised with a good attention to detail
  • Ability to work with independently
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Happy to be office based
  • Must drive due to occasional travel to Stevenage
