Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are actively seeking an Operations Executive on behalf of our Client in Watford. This is a fast-paced and varied role and will incorporate customer service, administrative tasks and assisting field-based employees.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing customers with exceptional customer service - both over the phone and via email
- Resolving any queries / issues / complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Building good rapport with customers and field-based employees
- Chasing outstanding reports and ensuring timely submission
- Supporting the efficient running of day-to-day operations
- Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth workflows
- General administrative duties as required
You will have the following skills and attributes:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Operations Executive role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrable experience of effective complaint handling
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy - ability to pick IT systems up quickly
- Ability to easily build rapport
- Ability to work on own initiative and at pace
- A strong work ethic and a positive 'can do’ attitude
