A growing group of reputable sports and lifestyle brands are looking for an MAA / Operations Assistant to join their team in Watford to work across streetwear brands.

You will be joining a friendly team and there is growth and development in this role.

This is a graduate role and if you have experience in industry this will be beneficial.

Main Responsibilities will Include:

  • Tracking Purchase Orders (POs) from customers,
  • Resolving order-related queries, and
  • Managing data in the ERP system.
  • Send POs to factories,
  • Provide sales order confirmations to customers, and
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
  • Processing stock into inventory,
  • Sending weekly order books,
  • Coordinating delivery schedules,. You'll
  • Handle queries from credit control and finance,
  • Manage salesman samples, and
  • Ensure accurate reporting throughout each sales season.
  • Support for the Operations team with ad-hoc tasks and assistance with other duties as needed is also required.

Person Specifications:

  • Must have strong multitasking abilities and good attention to detail, who can meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential
  • Ability to quickly learn new system.
  • Strong communication, follow-up skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment are key.
  • A self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset who can manage their own workload is required.
  • Industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
