Role Overview:
We are seeking a People and Culture Advisor to oversee day-to-day HR services and ensure high-quality support. This six-month fixed-term contract involves supporting the People & Culture Administration team, driving continuous service improvement, and delivering effective HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and legislation to employees and managers.
  • Lead the end-to-end Employee Services process, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
  • Manage recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR information systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Support payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Qualifications:

  • A UK based applicant with unrestricted right to work
  • Level 5 CIPD qualified with experience in managing diverse teams preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to analyse metrics and improve service delivery.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
