Oversee the daily operations of the EMEA payroll team, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing across multiple regions.
Ensure compliance with regional payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
Manage and support payroll team members.
Stay updated on changes in EMEA payroll legislation, tax laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Support end-to-end payroll processing for high-volume payroll cycles, ensuring a seamless and accurate experience for employees.
