Apex Educ8 Ltd are currently looking to recruit a payroll administrator to our Head Office in Watford.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading Recruitment Agency excelling in our market. We are looking for a self-driven individual who is well organised with good time management skills. You will need to have strong attention to detail with a good level of numeracy and be able to work well under pressure.

This roll is office based from 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday

Duties

o Credit Control

o Checking and processing timesheets, ensuring attention to detail at all times

o Creating weekly and monthly reports for consultants and management

o Accurately processing weekly payroll to external vendors and create invoices accordingly

o Responding to and resolving queries via email and inbound calls

o The role is not limited to the above as there may be other ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

o Good IT skills with knowledge of excel

o Ability to prioritise tasks and workload

o Excellent numeracy skills and communication skills

o Excellent work ethic

o Attention to detail

No experience in payroll is required but a strong candidate will have experience in data entry and/or administrative duties.

As this role is office based, the ability to commute to Watford is essential with parking on site.
